Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted by phone (415) 921-1382 or (415) 608-7757 two hours prior to the time of the tour. You may choose another Holiday Lights date in December or select another tour before June 30, 2011. You can optionally receive your money back (via check from On The Level within 10 days) with a 20% service fee deducted. If you want a cash refund, you must cancel by noon on the day of the tour so I can fill your spot with another guest. Thank you for your understanding regarding this policy.
